Serving is one of the ways we live out our faith together. At EPBC, we believe God invites every believer to take part in the life of the church, not because we have to, but because we get to! 

The Bible teaches that God gives each of us unique gifts, experiences, and passions. No two people are the same, and that’s intentional. Serving isn’t about being perfect or having it all figured out, it’s about offering what God has given you and growing along the way.

2. Get Equipped

Once you connect, you’ll have a chance to meet the team you’re interested in serving with. You’ll learn what that area looks like, ask questions, and get any guidance or training you need. We’ll walk alongside you and help you feel comfortable every step of the way.

3. Try it out

This is the best part. You’re encouraged to try serving and see if it’s a good fit. There’s no pressure to commit long-term, and no fear of being “stuck” in a role that isn’t right for you. Whether you serve regularly or just once in a while, that’s okay. We believe serving should fit your season of life.

Serving is about discovering how God can use you, not about being perfect or fully prepared. This form helps us come alongside you, learn your strengths, and help you explore ways to serve that feel life-giving. You can try a team, step back if needed, or serve whenever you’re able. Someone will follow up to help you take the next step.
